Has anybody ever used this website to book hotels in Prague before...any good or bad experiences?

I have used them loads of times with no problem infact am using them next month and for our Xmas trip to Prague,I have even had one occasion when I have had to cancel a booking and it did not cause any problems at all.Plus I have also had to change card details in the past and this has been fine plus you get the added bonus of getting money knocked off your next booking!

Cheapest on the web, iv`e used them three times - no problems at all.
