Prague to vienna

I would like to know more about bus tours ( guided or otherwise)or bus connections from Prague to Vienna. I will be in Prague on 09%26amp; 10 May and hope to travel to Vienna for a day or two thereafter. Any advice?

Take the train. It is 4 hours. Not much to see between the cities...so I would say to just take the train.
