Hi, hope someone can help me - we will be in Prague at the weekend - my boyfriend really wants to watch the Everton/Villa match on Sunday, can you tell me where would show the english soccer??
Many thanks for your help!!
|||
depends whereabouts in prague you are but the george and dragon in the corner of old town square will show it whilst ripping your eyeballs out for drinks
but there will be many other places showing it
|||
at the search box under where is says
TripAdvisor forums %26gt; Europe forums %26gt; Czech Republic forums %26gt; Bohemia forums %26gt; Prague forum
type in live football and it will come up with several places
|||
Brilliant - have a good few places!! Fingers crossed they won%26#39;t all rip out eyeballs out as it would be pretty difficult to watch the match :-)
Thanks a million for your help!!

http://www.legends.cz/
Legends is pretty good,just off Old Town Square ,there is a link to their shedule,they have over 20 tv screens includimg 2 huge wall size screens,food in there is not too bad as well.

You%26#39;re a wise and brilliant addition to Tripadvisor. Thanks Unclegus

You will make me big headed.
I am sure you will enjoy Legends,I was in there last year (I have visited Prague many times) and they were trying to get the Hearts V Aberdeen match for us,couldn%26#39;t get it as there was a problem with the link ,but lots of games on and also sports info on the Sky sports channel and the main games on the big screen,great place to watch sports.
I can highly recommend the 49%26#39;nrs burger.
It is not the cheapest place in town but it is certainly no rip off considering the facilities it provides.
My nephew was in there towards the end of last year (he is only 20) and he and his mates loved the place.I being a bit older ( early 50%26#39;s) prefer the more traditional bars but can put up with Legends for the football.
|||
BTW Everton is my English team,seen them play many times.I have family in Liverpool so often go to the games when visiting.
|||
i usually go to the golden star, ve smeckach street, beer%26#39;s there only 24 czk. service is sometimes a bit slow. same street is the pack, beer used to be 35 czk, don%26#39;t know how much now...

We were out there a few weeks ago and found that a lot of the %26quot;sports%26quot; bars were highly over priced.
We watched the match in TGI Fridays just off Wenceslas Square, meant we killed 2 birds with one stone and had dinner at the same time.
