Could someone with some local knowledge please recommend some hotels that are near the sazka stadium three to four star.

I used to stay at the Hotel Carol a lot whilst I was commuting regularly to Prague several years ago. Three stars. Went past recently and it still looked reasonable. www.hotelcarol.com
Sazka area is a bit of a restaurant wasteland though, you might prefer to stay somewhere else and be closer to restaurants and historic centre for the rest of your stay. The yellow line metro (line C) comes up right next to Sazka at the Ceskomorvaska metro stop so it is easy to get to by public transport.
Worst case, a taxi from the centre will only cost you 300CZK.

Sorry forgot to say -- it%26#39;s worth paying the extra for the deluxe rooms at the hotel Carol, the standard rooms are nice enough but can be right next to the lift.
Oh, and the hotel Carol is 250m from Sazska arena.

There is going to be a brand you Clarion hotel, just one stop by the metro. The are going to open in mid of March and I am sure reasonable prices will be offers in the beginning.
