We booked a hotel through Travelcook.com. The rate included a free airport transfer. We booked the hotel in February.
About 2 weeks ago and e-mailed Prague-hotels-guide.com to book the transfer which is what Travel Cook directed us to do. I feel pretty sure there was something about recieving an e-mail confirmation. I waited several days, did not recieve anything, so e-mailed them a request for a confirmation. Still no reply. I then e-mailed Travelcook.com, asking their advice in the matter and have not heard back from them either.
For those of you who have booked with Travelcook.com and used the free transfer with Prague-hotels-guide, what has been your experience?
We booked the transfer for the day we leave so I guess we can wait till be arrive and see what the hotel can tell us. Any other suggestions?

This is a follow-up to the above post which I submitted.
I contacted Travelcook today via their website chatline. It seems they did try to send us a confirmation - 4 times - but it was blocked by our spam protection.
I would not want anyone to have a negative impression of Travelcook because of my post. Other than this problem, we have been happy with their service and wanted to follow-up in fairness to them.
