Train from Prague to Frankfurt

-Is it feasible (and wise) to drop our rental car in Prague and take a train to Frankfurt for flight home?

Any info about this would be most helpful. Distance (time), cost, where to purchase tickets, useful tips, etc.

by car might be faster, you probably have to change trains in dresden or leipzig, good sightseeing opportunity in dresden though, if you get the chance. should be around 80 euros, 8? hours? check out on idos.cz

otherwise, how about dropping car at the airport and fly?

Hi.

My family and I took a train from Frankfurt to Prague and it was during the night. We slept there. It takes all the night, we took it around midnight and got to our destination at early morning. Train wasn%26#39;t in very good conditions but It was great.
