ice hockey?

Hi Everyone!

I have just arrived in Prague today and think it is amazing! The sights and people have been fantastic so far! Justs one thing, we went to buy tickets for the ice hockey game in the O2 arena on thursday night, its a playoff, but we could not locate any place selling them. Could someone please inform me of any outlets where we can buy the tickets. We tried the post office, two information centres in Wenceslas Square and several tobacco shops but we were told they did not have them. If we cannot buy them in the city will they be available at the O2 arena that night?

Thank you for your help.

Regards

David.

Thanks!

Unfortunately we do not have a credit card with us? Is there any way to pay by cash?

Thanks!

Here are the free seats available sazkaticket.cz/Predstavenie_javisko_view.asp…

and you can buy them on this site as well if you click on the number next to the free seats available. You will need to register.

OR you can use any %26#39;sazkaterminal%26#39; which are situated in all post offices - just look a bit harder - from memory it looks like a lottery terminal with %26#39;SAZKA%26#39; written on top of it.

However, the fact that you have left your credit card at home has complicated matters somewhat :)

You might have to resport to buying them from a tout, or hoping that there are some seats left on the night - however, looking at the number that are left today, that doesn%26#39;t seem too likely.

How did you get your cash in the first place, if you don%26#39;t have a credit card? I hope you weren%26#39;t silly and changed it all in Dublin - you obviously haven%26#39;t been reading the posts!

Hi again,

we have atm cards. But ive looked into what zou have said and we cannot get tickets there. the site you showed sent us to ticketpro and they said to buz them before the game. Its a trulz beautiful city.

I see zou are using the Cyech kezboard :)

Good luck getting a ticket - as I say, you may have to grease somebody%26#39;s palm, but everything is possible, and you shouldn%26#39;t have to pay extortionate Premiership/Six Nations tout prices if you have to use that route.

Enjoy!

According to the website the ticket office is open from 10am until 7pm on the day of the game - if I were you I would get there at 9am or earlier so that you have a better chance of getting any of the leftovers - it is a huge arena, about 18000 seats, so the atmosphere is amazing.

It should be obvious where to go, but if in doubt ask somebody %26#39;Prosím Vás, kde je pokladna?%26#39; and they should point you in the right direction. %26#39;Pokladna%26#39; is ticket office. The chances are that they will speak English, but don%26#39;t count on it.

Write down on a piece of paper: %26#39;Máte lístky na dnešní zápas?%26#39; (Have you any tickets for today%26#39;s game) and take it from there.

Good luck!
