central place to stay.

I have been to prague before but stayed a bit away from the centre. We want to go back in December and this time want to stay either in or close to the old town square or in the Kampa park area of mala strana. We want either a nice clean apartment or reasonably priced hotel. Anyone any suggestions please?

Hi, I%26#39;ve stayed at the CLoister Inn more then once, it%26#39;s about a 10 minute walk from Old Town and Lesser town and a 5 minute walk to the Charles Bridge. The locatin was perfect since we spent most of our time between both Old Town and Lesser Town. The hotel is reasonably priced, very clean, great staff and nice breakfast.

When I visit Prague, I always stay at the Betlem Club Hotel, which is right in the middle of all the places you will want to walk to: Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square, Charles Bridge, etc. The Metro station Národní třída is about 150 meters away (next to Tesco).

We%26#39;ve stayed at Ventana and Iron Gate Suites. Both very central with fantastic, friendly staff.
