I presume you want one that is near the caves - this one is perfect: http://www.smk.cz/uk/skalak/skalak.htm (Hotel Skalni Mlyn). I have stayed there a couple of times and it is very pleasant - it is close to the cable car up to the abyss and also to the Punkva and Katerina caves.
I think there is a bus that goes from Blansko station (not the town centre one - the one before that), but the hotel will be able to advise you on that.
If you want a hotel that is in the town centre, I will have to check with my colleague who lives there.
It is really beautiful around there - March might be a bit chilly, but don%26#39;t let that detract from the spectacular cliffs and caves and don%26#39;t forget to go up the cable car - it is worth it at the top. At that time of year there shouldn%26#39;t be too many people there, which is all the better, but I have been there in the depths of winter when it is -20 and the cave tours have still been full.
