Student Agency is a travel agency but ALSO a low-cost bus operator. The english version of their website is somehow confusing. The Czech version of the website allows online bus ticket booking %26amp; purchase. If you don%26#39;t speak Czech, you can call them to +420 542 423 416 (International ticket sales).
Other info regarding bus%26amp;train connection is here: http://jizdnirady.idnes.cz

I would get the train. It may cost more, but is much more comfortable, although the Student Agency buses are apparently quite swish nowadays. Their website is indeed all in Czech, as mentioned above but you can also buy the tickets at the Student Agency booth in the airport.
I hate buses, and would gladly pay the extra for the train - it is just my personal preference!
