There is very little available in the centre for your price range. At www.booking.com I found Apartments Bartolomej that would best suit your requirements.

Hi there,
we really enjoyed our (very cheap) stay at Charles Bridge Bed %26amp; breakfast. www.charlesbridgebb.com
Don%26#39;t know about the availability or prices for july, but we stayed there for about 50 euros per night.
We booked through Otel.com, but you could always google the name and see who has better availability or price.
The location is great, right next to the Charles Bridge Hotel, in Mala Strana area.
