Best Party Accommodation!!!

Hi All, Me and 3 mates who are all 22yr%26#39;s old are heading to Prague in mid Septmeber. Just a few questions guys:

1) Where is the best party district for young guys in Prague?

2) What is a great Hostel or budget hotel that is near the party district? (is there anywhere famed for its atmosphere like the flying pig hostel in Amsterdam)

3) Are clubs hard to get into if you are a tourist, I have heard tipping the doormen can sometimes help you out, is this necessary?

The areas around Old Town Square and Weneslas Square are the best. Tipping doormen is not really done here -- it is still not an exclusive, velvet rope club culture. Clubs to consider are Radost FX, Duplex, Mecca, Misch Masch (both outside the center), and Karlovy Lazne.
