We are headed to Prague in September and heard about the Charles Bridge B%26amp;B. I%26#39;m told it is in Mala Strana. Not sure if it meets all your requirements. We were quoted 96 euro in Sept which is high season. Someone said they stayed there for 50 euro in low season. You might want to check out their web-site (just google) or contact them to see what kind of rate you could get.

Are you a solor traveler or a couple?

I stayed at the House at the Big Boot as a solo traveler. They have a single room with breakfast added in (it is a separate charge)for 80Euro a night. It is 120 Euro for a double.

It is in historic building on a quiet street (US Embassy is on that street so security checks for cars keep traffic to a minimum). Clean, inviting rooms. My room didn%26#39;t have a view except of a garden. But it got good light.

Very friendly family owns it. Very chatty. I prefer that but I know how others like complete anonymity. I recommend it.

We will be staying at the Lida Guest House, slightly further out for 1760 czk = 71 euro and this includes breakfast. My son stayed there and said that the people running it were wonderful, breakfast plentiful and they will even pick you up at the airport or train for a small fee. Hope this helps.
