Apartments in Prague

Hi,

I am looking to book an apartment for 4 people in the New Town area of Prague for end of August 08. I am interested in the La Prague apartments in the old Langhans building on Vodickova street.

Has anyone stayed there? If so, who did you book it through, as I can%26#39;t find their direct booking details, and there are so many different travel operators that I don%26#39;t no which one to book through.

Any recommendations?

Alternatively, can anyone recommend a nice apartment in the area that can cater for 4 guests (single beds), budget 550 euro%26#39;s, and any recommendations of who to book through without getting ripped off???

Any rental with Prague City Apartments will be completely legit. Free airport transfers too. I%26#39;ve used them several times.

Last time I was in Prague I stayed with Velvet Travel - www.velvet-travel.com. They were helpful and the apartment was very nice.

If there is a couple different rental places offering the same apartment, ask if they meet you at the apartment or you have to go to their office to pickup the keys.

We rented an apartment and realized after stated in the contract that keys are picked up at the office and nobody meets you at the apartment. We opted to take their airport pickup so they would have the keys, but it was more expensive than just taking a taxi.

We used Rentego, and they mailed us a key for the apartment to our home address prior to our trip. the other (spare) keys were on the table in the apartment when we arrived.

hi we went to Prague n March %26amp; stayed in Andel it is a lovely area where the locals shop %26amp; eat we ate out in lovely restaurants very resonable our apartment was Aparthotel Angel they were lovely everything was brand new very big apartment we went for the one that slept 3 it cost E59 per nite very good value will use same place when we go back, WWW.prague-rent-apartment.com
