Anybody stay in the above hotel, is it good or bad?
Is it fairly central?

Good location -- on the river, not far from lots of restaurants and bars on Dlouha street, near Old Town Square and Namesti Republiky.

One I am looking at is in the old town, looks fairly central, is this a good one?

Did the reviews of the hotel on this site help you at all? You%26#39;ll probably get more info there on whether it good or bad than on this forum.

They helped alright, just needed more info in terms of how centrally located Clarion is

The Clarion is a relaxing 10-15 minute walk to Old Town Square and as somebody else mentioned there are a lot of decent bars and restaurants nearby. My family - a group of 8 - stayed there last summer and were fairly neutral on it.
The location was fine; quiet and not too far out but the hotel had a bit of a deserted air about it. We net up with them in the bar every night and didn%26#39;t ever see anyone else around. My family had a few minor quibbles about the breakfast - cold food/coffee etc - but I think they were happy enough overall.
