Bus travel time between Berlin and Prague, anyone know??

I am planning an eastern European holiday though a tour company thru Berlin, Prague, Vienna and Budapest, for late this spring or early fall. Does anyone know how long it typically takes to get to Prague from Berlin via Bus? Just figuring how much time (and vacation) of mine will be wasted sitting on coach between the two cities. Thx
